About Us
Bidorium's cloud-based software platform uses artificial intelligence to enable architects and contractors to create quantity takeoffs and project estimates 85% faster than current approaches. We combine this increase in estimation speed with a lower price point than the industry currently spends producing project estimates. Leveraging these benefits, Bidorium's product suite provides a complete ecosystem to manage the end to end bid-selection process between client project owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Mission and Vision
Mission
Our mission is to improve the construction bidding and contractors selection processes for owners, architects, and contractors by reducing the work hours involved and offering a lower price than is currently spent across the industry.
Vision
We believe we can significantly increase the cost effectiveness and quality of build construction bidding and contractor selection in targeted market segments via an easy to use cloud-based software platform.
For client owners, our vision is to provide more consistent measures and reduced errors from individual contractor bids through greater transparency resulting in less project overruns. Owners will have greater access to contractors and their bid details making them better informed during the selection process.
For architects and engineers, our vision is to create additional architectural services and revenue streams while reducing the interval needed to create detailed project estimates prior to soliciting contractors.
For contractors, our vision is to increase contractor revenue & profitability by dramatically increasing their volume of project bids without increasing their overall estimation/bid work effort. Additionally, we seek to enable more consistent and accurate contractor bid responses.
For suppliers and manufacturers, our vision is to provide these stakeholders with the ability to participate in the bidding process. Their input on pricing is not solicited typically until after the estimate and bid is locked in.
